12.30pm to 1.00pm                Presentation from a parent of an adolescent with a cardiac condition and how he successfully overcame a number of school issues.

1.00pm to 2.15pm                  Lunch, a chance to meet and chat

2.15pm to 2.45pm                  “Supporting the young person with a cardiac condition during the school years: Learning from the cardiac research” Dr. Deirdre O’Neill, Clinical Psychologist.

2.45pm to 3.15pm                  Presentation from the parent of an adult with a cardiac condition and their heart transplant journey.

3.15pm to 3.45pm                  Questions and Answers session, group discussion
